Explore Global Horizons with DAC Going Global Series Unlock Your Association’s Global Potential!

Join us for the DAC Going Global Series, presenting a strategic workshop designed to guide your association’s expansion onto the global stage. Established in 2014, the Dubai Association Centre (DAC) has been a key partner for associations looking to establish a strong presence in the Middle East and beyond.

What to Expect:

During the workshop you will be learning and sharing experiences and insights with fellow participants, to gain fresh perspectives on where you are now and where you need to be. The engaging interactive format will include:

  1. Purpose, Vision and Mission Check: Review and clarify your association’s purpose, mission and vision aligned with global growth. Challenge the ‘why’ driving your organisation, the ‘how’ to deliver on it and ‘where’ you want to be.

  2. Going Global Tools: Practical insights and tools for making smart global decisions. SWOT and PESTEL, among other well-known tools, still have a place but there are others that we’ll explore.

  3. Smart Decision-Making: Learn effective strategies for informed choices in the global landscape. Looking in and looking out for trends and creativity, alongside evaluating risks leads to braver smarter decisions.

  4. Stakeholder Insights: Understand key stakeholders and their roles in your global journey. Explore barriers and facilitators, the opportunities for collaborative advantage and the distractions to avoid.

  5. Planning Action for Success: Delivering on strategy relies on effective action prioritised for impact. Start thinking about what success will look like and how to deliver it.

Your workshop facilitator

Tracy Bury, from Operandi Consulting will be your workshop facilitator. She will bring to the event over 20 years of leadership in international associations and business events.
