Registration Services
The Dubai Association Centre (DAC) has been established by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Department for Tourism and Commerce Marketing and the Dubai World Trade Centre to offer assistance for the establishment of non-for-profit, apolitical and nonreligious professional associations and trade bodies in Dubai.
Today, more than 65 regional and international associations are licensed by DAC and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry is the licensing authority for the Dubai Association Centre.
Once all the necessary documents have been submitted to Dubai Chamber, the licensing process will take an estimated 6 – 8 weeks but please note that this may take longer should any additional information be requested.
Once your association has been successfully registered under DAC, Dubai Chamber is pleased to offer you the below additional benefits and services:
- Events and Networking: Members are invited to attend high-level business and networking events.
- Business Voice: We provide a platform for businesses to voice their concerns and share
recommendations to relevant government entities.
- Market Insights: Dubai Chamber provides accurate and reliable reports and data on economic trends and target markets, in addition to credit rating information.
- 50% discount on facilities bookings including Dubai Chamber meeting Rooms and conference halls accommodating up to 700 people and contacts for F&B services at competitive rates.
- Access to Dubai Chamber’s E-Library for local and global data.
- CSR And Sustainability: The Centre for Responsible Business and Sustainability Network provide access to guidelines, toolkits, valuable knowledge on CSR and sustainability issues.

Serviced Office Packages & Rates
The Offices at One Central provide a prime commercial environment with premium features, including high-quality finishes, generous parking bays, high-speed lifts and ground-floor retail and F&B.
As part of the Dubai World Trade Centre complex, One Central is just a short walk from Dubai Metro and enjoys an ideal position in the pulsating Central Business District. The development’s carefully designed access roads ensure a swift connection to major arteries like Sheikh Zayed Road. One Central is also home to a 588- room Ibis Hotel and a growing collection of restaurants and cafés, including a 25hours Hotel currently under construction. The Dubai Association Centre is located on Level 2 of The Offices 2.
The services offered within the serviced office packages are:
- Furnished office suites and Hot Desks with lockers
- Membership of the private World Trade Club on the 33rd Floor of Sheikh Rashid Tower
- Reception and message taking services available from 8.00am to 5.00pm Sunday to Thursday
- 24 hour security and access to individual office with personal key
- Water, air-conditioning, lighting, power and full maintenance
- Daily housekeeping services
- Three meeting rooms
- Provision of telephone, incorporating main reception number and private IDD lines in each office and telefax
- Collection and distribution of incoming mail
- Access to photocopying, binding and shredding facilities
- Daily local newspapers provided in main reception area

- UAE directory
Visas and HR Services if required*

- Work visas for staff at an additional cost
- Payroll

Assistance with business events in Dubai
Dubai Business Events is the official convention bureau for Dubai. As a division of Dubai Tourism (DTCM) our main goal is to establish Dubai as a premier business event destination by promoting the destination and attracting international meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions that can help grow economic development, jobs and knowledge creation in the emirate.

- Blocking hotel rooms and venues
- Planning and hosting of site inspections
